RETURNS POLICY



Returns
If any product we deliver is not what you ordered or is defective or damaged please send an email to admin@doubleselect.com before making a return.


When we have been notified of your return, and once it is authorised by us, you will receive a Returns Form. Please follow the instructions in the Returns Form and return the item to us within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods. The printed Returns Form must be included in the returned package. Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, in original packaging, and with original garment tags still attached. All items will be inspected on return. We strongly advise you to check your delivered items thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.


Please note that the item is your responsibility until it reaches us, for your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods and it is strongly packaged. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to our warehouse, unless it gets sent via special delivery.
Returned goods can be refunded (this does not include original delivery costs) or exchanged subject to availability.

International Returns
In addition to the procedures set out above, please mark returned packages as ‘RETURNED GOODS’. This has to be clearly written on the package and on any custom and postal forms. Please note that parcels can take longer to be returned to our warehouse for international shipments. Please note that international customs duties and any local taxes are not refunded for international returns.

Sale Items
Please note that all Sales are final. No exchange, credit or refund will be offered against Sales purchases and the conditions set out in this Returns Policy will not apply.
